Money and other property given in connection with the SOS Appeal NOTICE is given that money and other property given for this purpose cannot be used for that purpose because Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary has entered into a lease of the land on which the sanctuary is located and no longer needs to acquire that land.
If you gave money or other property for that purpose you are entitled to claim it back.
If you wish to do so you must tell Judy Gibbons by post at Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary c/o 1 London Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 4QW or by email to labcott@googlemail.com, within three months of the date of this publication.
If you wish the money or other property to go to a similar charitable purpose and to disclaim your right to the return of the money or other property, you must ask the person named above for a form of disclaimer.
If you do not either make a claim within the three months or sign a disclaimer, the Charity Commission may make a Scheme applying the property to Island Farm Donkey Sanctuary's other charitable purposes. You will still be able to claim the return of your money or other property (less expenses), but only if you do so within six months from the date of any Scheme made by the Commission.

Notice is hereby given that: William Hill Organization Limited of the following address Greenside House, 50 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TP is applying for a Betting (Other) premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.
